Shipping policy
Orders are packaged according to the sanitary measures that are in effect (masked face, washed and gloved hands).
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during regular business hours, with the exception of statutory holidays in Quebec, at which point the warehouse will be closed.
Orders are shipped at once within 2 working days of payment of the order, unless it contains a product on special order or pre-order whose restocking date is greater than 15 days.
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain an accurate stock count on our website, but from time to time there may be discrepancies in stock quantities.
In this case, we will provide you with the products available at the time of submitting your order and contact you to find out whether you prefer to wait for the restocking of the out-of-stock item or whether you prefer to be issued a refund.
You will receive a tracking number by email and a link that will allow you to follow online the delivery of your package by the carrier.
In general, domestic shipments have a transit time of 2 to 7 business days. Orders shipped overseas typically take 7-15 business days in transit. These times are approximate in working days. We are not responsible for any overage caused by a carrier.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the destination of the order items and the purchase amount. Refer to the table below. Payment for shipping will be collected upon purchase. This price will be the final shipping price for the customer.
