Refund policy

In the event that your item has a manufacturing defect, you can benefit from an exchange or full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs, within 14 working days of the date of receipt of your package, and only on tools, items and non-consumable products purchased on or at our St-Tite branch. Consumable products are not exchangeable, returnable or refundable.

Only products purchased on the online store or on site at the Saint-Tite store are eligible for the Joy Bonnets 14-day exchange and refund guarantee. For Bonnets Joy products purchased elsewhere than on the online store or at this point of sale, please contact your distributor merchant directly.

The following conditions must be met:

*Item has not been used.

*It is kept and returned in its original packaging and this must be intact.

*It is returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and the item must not be damaged.

*The receipt of the transaction or your contact details are mandatory.

*The reason for the exchange or refund is valid and verifiable.

*The refund will be made only upon receipt of the products. Please allow 7 days after receipt of your returned package before reimbursement.

*Products representing "final sales" are without the possibility of exchange or refund, unless the merchandise is defective.

*Return shipping charges are free for any defective merchandise that has been pre-approved for return.

*The buyer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of his order before finalizing the transaction

*Promotional codes must be applied before completing the transaction. Adjustments after orders are finalized are not possible.

*If you return items from a promotional set and keep part of it, the items kept will be invoiced at the current price on the date of your order.

How to return an item :

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Les Bonnets Joy.

1- Call our customer service department at 418.365.0011 (Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST) to let us know.

2-Send us an email at to notify us of your return request.

Please include in this message:

*your full name

*your order number

*Your complete address

*proof of the manufacturing defect (photo)

*the reason for your return request

3-An email will be sent to you with shipping instructions and a link allowing you to print your return label when it is approved.

4-Attach the original invoice to your package.

PLEASE NOTE: Returned merchandise must be in its original packaging. Please take a photo of your package including the return label and send it to us by email for proof of shipment.

We advise you to opt for a service with follow-up (without signature) in the event of loss. Without a tracking number, in case of loss, we will not be able to validate the return.

Once the package has been received, the condition of the goods will be checked and we will refund it within a maximum of 7 working days if the item is functional, in good condition and meets the conditions listed above.
